In Chicago 36 people have died due to gun violence. All of these people are school people that go to school in Chicago. A gun man got on a bus and shot around and he hit 5 people, although he did not hit the person he was trying to fire at.

The president is trying to convince a prime minister to have peace between Israelis and Palestinians.

The Hubble telescope is going to permantly replaced in 2014 and is going to be retired in a few years.

The Atlantis spacecraft is going to space in order to repair the Huble which is an orbitting spcecraft that takes pictures of the galaxies of space and palanets.

An earthquake hit China and hit a bunch of schools. I bunch of people died and it is really sad that some of the parent's kids only child died.

More than 47 thousand people have been turned away this year alone from the army because they are overweight or not fit so they created a program to help them get in shape.

A student went and wrote a letter to the president and so he got it. She was saying how bad her school was so some people stepped in and redid the school to make it better for the students going there.

Pakistan is trying to ensure the president that they can control their area without any help from the president.

A person working for the goverment says that the recession is getting better than it was late last year.

A couple of students worked at a competion to see how much they knew and so in the end some of the top students got scholarships paid for.

Hydroxycut can cause liver failure and lots of liver problems. If the product was that dangerous than they shouldn't have been selling it in the first place.

The swine flu has had one death in the U.S. and up to 30 hospitalizations. They expect to have more deaths and more hospitalizations.

The Milky Way is the spiral galaxy which looks actually pretty cool.

One person threw a paper airplane 150 ft. That is pretty far. The world record for a flight for a paper airplane was 207 ft. I don't know about them but my paper airplanes only go for five feet at the most.

Obama has a lot of things to deal with for example an economic crisis. he saved several million jobs by putting $787 million in the economy. That is a lot of money to be investing the economy.

New York has more than 8 million people and there are 5 burrows. That's a lot of people even for New York. In New York there are more than 660 miles of a train subway. There is a lot of people in New York that turn to crime as a means to live. So it is really tragic actually that that is their choice to turn to.

I was using Foto Flexer to edit images here. I liked Foto Flexer and I thought it was pretty cool.

1. The first picture of the bubbles I used the sketch effect.

2. I used the invert effect on this one.

3. Here I used the cartoon effect and softentned the image a little bit.

Some teens are asking questions to their youth representative because he is going to representing all teens across America. He are just reminding the country that we teens are the next generation and we will have to pay for any mistakes they make now in the future.

There are more than 150,000 people that are working at a bunch of different branches in the government.

The Girl Scouts are doing different things to attract Girl Scouts and they go to different places in the world, which I think is pretty cool. although it still doesn't seem to appealing.

Barack was the first e-President that answered questions from online people that put questions on an online website for the president to answer. I think that is pretty cool that he anwered some of those questions that were online.

In North Dakota there is a river which is going to flood and they are putting up a sand bag wall to stop the water from flooding their houses.

In Utah the Great Salt Lake water is evaporating because of all the salt.

The week in rap was kinda funny and dumb, but the meaning behind it was really important.

Extreme sledding is so stupid, but I think but it would be kinda fun.

Many students are on the brink of homelessness. So the president went and met these students.

There was a plane crash in Butte and so they all died.

A volcanoe in Alaska is erupting.

In Newport there was a huge house that was supposedly a summer cottage for celebrities a long time ago.

In India ther is a tata Nano car which is bout $2000 but it looks cool. Pretty small though.

The economy is bad so most students can not go to college. I kinda feel bad because they can't go to college yet and they probably will have to work for a year to save up enough money for college.

The goverment bailed out AIG for $170 mil. Some people are mad that maybe they mispent that money.

People are starting to say that texting while driving is more dangerous than drinking and driving. A key can block your phone when you put it in the enginge of your car so that you will not be calling or texting while your driving. I think that it is dangerous and if you want to text or call someone than you shouldn't be driving while your calling or texting.

I think the week in Rap was dumb but the mening behind it was ok.

The stimulas package is helping the economy and people with their expenses.

The navy is using dolphins to help protect against bases by putting something on them that lets the navy know of somthing coming like a submarine.

A group of people were protesting about a war and they got suspended but it turned out that the school was infriging on freedom of speech.

The wingsuits looks pretty cool to do. It would be pretty scary though.

The goverment says that the economic crisis is the biggest problem right now worldwide. Across the world states are cutting thousands of jobs. Terrism is happening right now because of the economic crisis. Hilary is going on a trip to talk to some of the major leaders across the world. Some people that were trying to fix the economy eventually fell asleep.

Global warning is a big problem. The people are being laid off because of the economy. Two of my brothers got laid of and one of the others is going to get laid off in about 1-2 months. About 2 million people got laid off. that's a lot. Muslim people and Americans are trying to come to a truce to get along and stop fighting. Muslims have a school of hidrasa and they go to there to learn peace and such for 4 years.

A football player died from a heat stroke. It was 97 degrees. That is really hot. I guess that people are trying to cut green house gases so it doesn't destroy the earth. Students in college with animals are feeling less lonely and take off the stress of homework. In Beijing it is the size of two New York cities. That is a really big city.In china they can only have one child because of population growth. That really isn't fair to many people I think.

Obama is already signing in new policies. Obama is also talking to some leaders. Israely troops have moved out of gaza. Many people are without food or water. They are fighting because it is supposedly the holy city for different religions. The Penut butter is being recalled because of salmena. 500 people got sick from the penut butter. Internet iddiction is kinda serious. I am I can't go 1 day without being on the internet or I go nuts. I have youtube and I even watch movies online daily. People paid for some teens to be able to be at Lincoln Memorial during the inauguration so that is nice.

Obama's Inauguration

Barack Obama got to become the president. Lots of people showed up to watch as Obama become the 44th president. He is the first African American person to become president. I think that he will be able to affect a lot of change. About 2 million people showed up to watch the inauguration. There was a 500 pound cheesecake. That's one big cheesecake. I heard the cake was so big that it had to be trucked in.
